Loved the spaciousness and well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds for a good night's sleep. Moving furniture around was a fun workout.
Ah, the overgrown outside areas and dusty interiors really gave it that "homely" feel. And who needs a clean and private terrace anyway?

My stay at 48 Oak Street was fantastic. The space and furniture were excellent, especially the kitchen and dining room. I was impressed with the quality of utensils, crockery, and glasses provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and my family and I had a great sleep every night. The stained glass windows in the toilets and the beams in the top level added a unique touch to the villa. Having a washer and dryer available was also a great convenience. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa to others.

The beds were really comfy and everyone had a good sleep every night. the location was good, with easy access to shops, bars, and eateries in the area.
The freezer badly needs defrosting, which was quite inconvenient. the outside areas were all overgrown and unkempt, with some rubbish and cardboard in the back terrace.

Great location for exploring and nightlife *rolls eyes*. Plenty of stairs for exercise. Quirky stained glass windows and beams, oh so fancy. Washer and dryer to wash away the experience. Such a treat.
Overgrown garden and grubby reception room. Spiders and dust, such wonderful company.

The room at 48 Oak Street is cozy and welcoming, with a kitchen on the lower ground floor that leads to a charming dining room. There are two bathrooms to choose from, one with a bath or shower and another with just a shower. As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable atmosphere and the convenience of having multiple bathrooms available.
Personally, I found that having two bathrooms with different options for bathing was a bit confusing. But I understand that others might appreciate the variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a short distance away from popular attractions like the World of Beatrix Potter and Derwentwater. It felt like I was in the heart of Windermere, surrounded by the beauty of the Cumbria region. The nearby airport was a convenient touch, making it easy for me to travel to and from the hotel. And let's not forget the free WiFi - it kept me connected throughout my stay.
Overgrown and unkempt outdoor areas.
